Lovely home, perfect for young families

Fantastic for large family holidays

A fantastic house just a short stroll from lovely small Lilli Pilli Beach.  The house is perfectly set up for large families or several families with lots of separate living space and TV's.  Very well equipped for families with just about all the paraphemalia needed for kids!

Ideal house for holiday

This quiet house is around 5 mins driving from the main town centre. Tthat it is quite close to the nearby beach makes it a most fantasitc holiday for the family or friends group.

Amazing experience !!

This is the perfect place to be for a weekend getaway !  We were 3 couples, each got our own luzurious room (especially the master!).  The property had ALL amenities and more..... where do I start !  For people who want to stay indoors there were 3 (or maybe 4 !!) large screen TVs, the games room was equipped with books, mini pool table which was fun, there was another room right after the entrance which allows all guests to watch the telly together (this is also equipped with a good DVD collection).. the kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine, dishwasher and the works...  The pantry was also loaded with ALL essentials and even more!! the drawing room had a comprehensive cookbook library for foodies.. the outdoor BBQ area was also fully equipped with its own fridge and dishwasher... hammocks in the back garden... also worth mentioning is the caring attitude of the owners!  In summary it is definitely more than your money's worth... very hard to be disappointed with Lilli Pilli Sublime !!!  Enjoy !

Everything you Want

We stayed for 4 nights over the Easter Long Weekend and found Lilli Pilli Sublime a perfect match to our requirements.  The property truly catered to our every need.  There were enough beds, towels, books, Nespresso coffee, TV's, and even sunshine!!  The property had a lovely deck and secure backyard and our children had a lot of fun playing on the mini pool table, out the back in the hammock and walking only 5 minutes down the road to the beach.  I would certainly recommend this property and I really appreciated the caring attitude from the owners who wanted to ensure we had a comfortable stay.

Excellent Property!

This property is fantastic for anyone with young children.  This place has everything you need, you don't need to bring anything.  Cots, change table, toilet training seat, toys, puzzles dvds.  You can arrive and relax!

Two families enjoyed

a catching up in your lovely home just out of Bateman's Bay.  The peaceful surrounds and being able to walk to a quiet beach was a plus.  The home was provided with everything from a huge outdoor settings with a BBQ & dishwasher down in the outdoor kitchen & the same upstairs.  It was great to be able to eat in with every item needed available.  The beds were comfortable and plenty of extra linen.  The boys wanted Austar as I have a son in a wheelchair - it was great too for them, gave us a rest.

"Lilli Pilli Sublime is the perfect holiday home,

literally everything you could think of is catered for - fantastic outdoor areas, spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds and excellent cooking and dining facilities both inside and outside.  The best things about LPS - the hammock, the outdoor shower, the Nespresso Coffee Machine and above all - the close proximity to Lilli Pilli Beach, which if you've never visited, is undoubtedly the best beach in the area.  Thank you very much for making our Easter stay in Batemans Bay so enjoyable.

Our 9 day stay was just perfect,

the home away from home and more, a beautiful floor plan and outdoor living, the outdoor shower was a hit with my grandson.  Definitely 5+ star.  I will certainly be back and will share my comments with friends and family.  Thank You.

"Loved the place.

Anyone thinking of going to Batemans Bay must stay there.  The owner is a lovely and generous woman.  Never been to a place where the owner actually gives you the best.  Whether you have kids or just travelling with friends.  Everything is provided for you and I have to comment that the things she provided weren't the cheap and lousy stuff.  There was ample cutleries, pots and pans.  She even provided a coffee Nespresso Machine and the capsules as well !!!!  My famly enjoyed it a lot.  She even provided a popcorn machine, a chocolate fundue set, juicer, blender and much more.  However, we were too busy playing at the beach and we didn't even realise it until the day we left.  As for the kids, she provided toys for the young kids, body board, dvds,  story books for young, teenager and even adult books.  Thanks for the David Edding book.  I only managed to read half of it though.  Many thanks."

"We enjoyed the 5 star facilities and attention to details. "What a great holiday home! "We cannot say enough about our stay at Lilli Pilli Sublime.  Not only was every necessity provided for, but every luxury as well!  The Nespresso Coffee Machine was amazing, especially when you could walk a few metres and enjoy your excellent coffee on the beautiful deck.  Every corner of the house and gardens holds a stylish, delightful surprise.  Excellent value for money - we felt like we were staying in a 5-Star hotel but with all the comforts of home!  The passion, attention to detail and customer service provided by the owners is unsurpassed by any other holiday home we've ever rented (and we take short breaks between Sydney and Narooma at least twice a year, so that's saying something!).  We have already booked a 2nd visit and will keep coming back to our new home away from home! Simply stunning!"
